Over the years the app are more and more better

Thanks for the great app. I use it every day and it works great. I would love to have the missing features in the Mac version. Like, for example, searching through the text in images.

Was a little skeptical at first…turns out its a great app, simple, nice layout and inturn I use it all the time.

This is Microsoft’s best product! Seamless between devices - anytime, anywhere access and easy to share. Love it

Simple and easy to use. no complicated features

This does not have the ability to screen clip with direct insert like in its counterpart with PC. This lack of feature makes OneNote only 10% useful. Does not matter what features are added without this one. This feature has been asked for in by many users on the Microsoft chatrooms and still not delivered. Inquire into Evernot.

I like it beacause it’s free, usually MS don’t do things this way.

I love it because whatever note i take on my computer, i can read it on my ipad anytime. It makes like so much easier

Planning my upcoming trip with different tabs for each place we are staying, and multiple pages on each tab covering accommodation, sights, etc. Everything is always available on my phone, laptop, desktop and at work.

My MacBook, iPhone and iPad. Good feature set, stable, error-free sync, optional encryption, excellent UI paradigm... The only key feature missing is being able to back up my notes to a txt file on my Macbook. It would also be nice if the tables were more compact, but that’s minor.

OneNote is the best notetaking program I’ve used; however, Mac version of OneNote is a poor relative of the PC big brother. Many functionalities are missing in editing, e.g. I cannot attach files, add video/sound reccording; the left panel that showes a list of notebooks that makes navigation easier. The biggest problem is unavailability of Offline functionality for Mac users. You cannot download your notebook and use it offline when you travel and have limited access to internet. Most people don’t feel comfortable constantly syncing personal content to the web. After switching from PC to Mac, I have to keep most of my important projects in Word docs. OneNote for Mac is still a very good tool for cooking recipes, travelling plans, or studying. I wish it was more usable for work. Althought, Mac OneNote is a very formidable organizing tool, it might be much better if it had functionalities included in the PC OneNote. I miss PC version. Windows, why have you decided to castrate such a wonderful program when offered it to Mac users?

Simple and powerful, just loving it, use it everyday on all different devices.

Use it for Univesity on my MBP and iMac all the time. Way! better than other solutions out there in terms of organizing data / topics etc. Microsoft has really outddone themselfs with this one. Very nice job!

Essential application for anyone doing anything. However after the video imbedding update (a ridiculous update by the way) Onenote crashes 10 seconds after being opened. At the moment it’s totally broken for me.

Updated on April 6th and now when I open it its crashing straight after rendering it useless, thankfully I had already synced to my cell or I would not have access to any of my important work notes, can you please update and fix this bug!!

Keeps crashing after the new update. I just got through fixing my wifi issue with 10.11.4 (thanks Apple for that). Now I just updated the OneNote. This morning, sitting in class, I fire up OneNote and it keeps crashing on the startup. Searching online doesn’t return much either. I got a Mid 2013 MBA (13”, 256GB, 4GB).

Keeps crashing on launch. Please fix.

I’ve never been much of a computer note taker, but this year it proved the method given the high amount of contect in lectures. One of my favourite uses is its recording ability for this exact reason - it allows you to focus on the important parts and add references at time junctures of the recording to review.

onenote is usually wonderful, but after the latest update, it keeps crashing - it’s not useable at all. please fix this.
