Microsoft OneNote App Reviews

I adore OneNote. I use google docs for group work and for students, I use OneNote for everything else: Lesson Planning, Journalling, Vacation Planning, Project Planning, etc. It is my favourite way to organize all of my ideas. And best of all, everything gets backed up online (instantly) so I know it’s safe and easily accessible if I’m ever in a bind. Plus it’s free across all platforms so I have no problem recommending it to others.

I am using IO El Capitan 10.11.4. I. When I started using the program I had the same experience as the reviewer Duuunskin: when I would try to create a new notebook the system will not let me type anything into “Create”. After some fiddling I got it, but (my apologies to other users) I cannot remember what I did. Now that I am using it I find it very, very useful. Well worth the fiddling needed to get it up and running.

not as good as original paying version, and it crashes at times or takes a long ... time to upload picture files. But overall, it is convenient and very useful to take your notes anywhere in any device. it does not crash anymore.. I use it all the time. I have a full version paid and love it. This free version does not have all, but very useful since I could carry it everywhere and anything I add is updated into my full version. just wish they do not start charging it.

This is the best free app for notetaking I have used. from sketching to typing in details to brainstorming. I use it all the time. Good to have all my notes on one platform. Use it on my iPhone, mac and pc.

OneNote is missing auto-align as well as some standard formatting options included in other Office apps. Considering this app is directed at people who value organization and customization, I’m kind of confused as to why these features are missing. More fun tools for personalizing my notes would be great. Other than that, OneNote is the perfect place for my scattered thoughts to be laid out, all in one place yet organized. I’m glad I found the app.

But please make the notebook drop down where we switch between notebooks more minimalistic. I don’t like when I can’t see all my notebooks and have to scroll up and down.

Mac版では手書きがある場合表示速度が遅い。Windows10では早い。 同じ程度の性能のCPUを使って感じた。 iPad Proとフォントの性かテキスト文字と手書きの相対位置がずれる。 そしてiCloudをサポートして欲しい。

日頃のメモを取る分には問題ないと思うが、Webクリップ用のOneNote Clipperが貧弱すぎる。FireFox上で何故か2件目以降のWebクリップが動かなくなるのも問題。 Evernoteの今後も不安なので、是非ともEvernoteを凌駕するようなメモアプリに育って欲しいと思う。

Evernoteから移転しました。Surfaceを使っているため、ノートの筆記などがものすごく便利です。 Macも使っていて、Windowsとの同期が楽です。 あとChromeのOneNote Clipperというアドーインと一緒に使うとネットの情報をクリップしたり、もっと便利に使えます。 ただ、MacとWindowsでのフォント設定がたまに変わったりするのは少し気になりますね。

Windows 7のデスクトップPCで、Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010を使用していており、iPhone・MacBookProにもインストールして使っているのですが、Windows版では、いちいち日本語フォントに切り替えないと日本語入力が出来ないという煩わしい仕様になっていたり、Windows版やMac版のOneNoteで入力した文章を、iPhone版のOneNoteで開くと文字の太さが、おかしな事になっていたり、製品のクオリティとしては、まだまだ、Word/Excelに届かない部分がある事は確かです。 最近、MacBook Proを購入したばかりなので、Mac版のOneNoteに関しては、まだまだ使い込んでみないと分からない部分がありますが、差し当たって気付いた点を書かせてもらいましたが、これだけの物を（Windows版で有償の製品を）無料で提供している点については、非常に評価できます。 iCloudのメモは、軽くてシンプルな点が好きですが、OneNoteは文字だけじゃなく、画像を貼付けられたり、細かく分類できる点が気に入っており、それをWindows・Mac・iPad・iPhoneで同期できるという点については、WindowsとApple製品の両方を使用している私にとっては、非常に助かっているので、今後の改良に期待を込めて、☆４とさせて頂きます。

The problem that Japanese font setting changes when switching between English and Japanese input modes is annoying.

The export to PDF feature does not work correctly. If so, I would give 5 stars with no doubt.

No PDF export or print support. That makes the software 50% useless. Hope they fix that

Normally I know that onenote has a drawing feature but in this one(I think the one for mac) you can’t draw and this makes the program incomplete. Program güzel ama microsoft’da yer alan çizim v.b özelliklerin olmaması programı yarım bırakıyor. Bu nedenle beğenmedim diyebilirim.

If you are a multitasking and busy business people and if you are also on Cloud, you should use Onenote.

OneNote App for Mac still has limited functionality in comparison to the original Windows desktop app. However, it is a must for me to have it. I am sure it will get better in time. Mac + OneNote = indispensable to me.

I can’t change proofing language! when I try to set it as English it automatically turns into Turkish. I changed even the macbook’s language to solve the problem but the result is the same. I wrote to you about it before but you didn’t give feedback! I hope this time someone will come with a solution.
