The tool is simple to use and easy to understand

This used to be my go-to application for meeting notes. It was awesome and allowed me to freely shift between iPad, iMac, MacBook, and PC. Now the app on Mac OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) does NOT work!! I have attempted to contact Microsoft and even provided the error report. No response. I suspect Microsoft has forgotten that its Office applications were originally created for the Mac… I am going to give up and go to Evernote and won’t look back to OneNote again. There is no point using an application that doesn’t have appropriate support from the vendor. FYI: This OneNote update from May 7 2016 DOES work on the Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) computers in my household. This is an El Capitan incompatibility issue. I can’t roll my iMac back to Yosemite as it’s brand spanking new (less than 2 weeks old). Thanks a lot Microsoft - NOT!

As student, Onenote is a very userfriendly class note tool. Also, it can still improve by adding more fonctionality for example we can intergrate class powerpoint in Onenote directly and drawing tool.

The Mac version of One Notes is pretty good although I really wish I had full flexibility the PC version has.

it is a perfect app. compared to the similar pencil apps. Sync between ipad and imac is also perfect. I strongly suggest.

I use it every day. Great tool. Sometimes after update it doesn’t work for a couple of hours. It should not happen.

OneNote is a perfect tool for me both for personal and business purposes – we use it in our team as a project management tool. I travel a lot so it’s very feasible that I can use it also on my phone, it synchronizes very quickly. I switched to Mac five years ago and I was very sorry I couldn’t use it, I am delighted it is available now and I use it every day.

All this apps and services i used a lot, all of them have many helpful features and do their best. But for some reason all my life i looked for something different: writing, GTD, archive, links storage… One Note maybe don’t have a very beautiful UI/UX in Apple style, but work perfectly for me. Thank you, Microsoft!

Nice application. Very easy access to all tools. Can attach pictures and video up to 100 mb. I wish to have more tools options to work with texts. But the most important already there.

Need to be better in Line with MS Version, still ineed mproving, waiting to give 5 Star when version will be more similar to MSW version and with a decent page SetUp control, now very poor. For this I was removing one Star...

The application is very well designed, simple yet versatile, and is perfectly adapted to the Mac.

This is an incredible app. I really don’t understand how they give it out for free. I hold onto information about work, hobbies, sports, my daughter, health, recipes, good quotes, items to reference later, receipts and tons of other stuff that I can then access on any of my devices. This is really a fantastic app!!! Love it. Thank you.

I use this daily! Highly recommend. Keeps everything nice and organized, Very convenient, and a plethora of other resources. Very dependent upon the organization tools it provides. I don’t know how I could manage medical school without it. A1!
