At first I did not like it.

I was a long time user of Circus Ponies Notebooks and when they closed, I began a search for a replacement. This was one of the first I tried. I didn’t really like it so I continued to search. I eliminated most others quickly and I gave a couple serious consideration, using them for weeks before moving on. I eventually gave OneNote another try.

OneNote for OS X is a nice product. I would have given it 4 stars but added one because of the price. The major shortcoming for me is the lack of local storage; there are some things that I will never put into the cloud. OneNote for Windows is a genuine 5 star product. In fact, with the demise of Circus Ponies and my need for a suitable replacement, I now use Windows more than OS X.
